EXTRACT from a decree of the Circuit Court of said County entered in the above entitled chancery cause on the 161% day of August, 1950:
Whereupon, it is adjudged, ordered and decreed that this cause be and the same is hereby referred to James M. Settle, Master Commissioner in Chancery of this Court to take, state and forthwith report an account as follows to this Court:
1. Whether all necessary parites are properly before the Court in this cause.
2. What real estate is owned as tenants in Common by James Henry Hitt, insane, and the other par* ties in this cause and the fee simple and annual rental value thereof.
