SWIMMING

(Continued from page 1) the Water Safety Program and have urged its continuance next year. I greatly appreciate the praise the program has received and am glad to announce that plans are being discussed for next year’s program. It is hoped that next year that the Rappahannock Chapter will have >a young swimmer who can qualify for a tenday training course in water safety at the National Aquatic School sponsored by the American Red Cross. When the delegates have completed the training he or she will be fully qualified as a Red Cross instructor of swimming and life saving.
