County News Notes
Dannie Price, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Price of Front Royal, who has been spending sometime in the home of his grandmother, Mrsf. J. W. Price returned to Front Royal Sunday.
Mrs. J. Earl Wayland and son, Chucky, Mrs. Joseph Pauze and son, Barney left Saturday for a trip to the West Coast, stopping over in Denver, Colorado for a visit with their neice, Mrs. C. R. Hall and in Seattle, Washington, they will visit their sister, Mrs. Margaret Wayland Bilg.
Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Miller entertained for dinner on Monday evening at Mt. Prospect. Their guests were Mr. and Mrs. Downing Wood, Dr. and Mrs. W. I.. Wake, Mrs. Henry Keyser, Joe Dejarnette Keyser and Neville Wood.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank D. Coffey spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Rector in Conde. W. N. Rector,, who accompanied them, remained for- a visit with relatives in Fauquier.
Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Miller and daughter, Evelyn Tyler, Mr. and Mrs. Downing Wood and daughters. Nancy, Marv Miller, Neville and Alice and Joe Reid spent Sunday at Colonial Beach. Mrs. Flora Compton Finley and daughter. Miss Jean Finley and neice, Miss Marjorie Compton of Naheth, Pennsylvania, who were spending a vacation with relatives in Charlottesville visited their cousin, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph B. John son on Thursday. .. Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Payne spent last week with Mrs. G. C. Wayland. Mrs. George Butler and Mrs. Stant Weaver were Front Royal visitors Friday.
