Moffett Jr. spent the weekend with Mrs. Moffett’s parents, Rev. and Mrs. Buxton of Pohick Rectory. Mrs. Moffett and family, 'Frank, Page and Ann Carter, who have been on an extended. visit to her parents, returned home with Mr. Moffett on Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. John Paulson and family, John Jr. and Eleanor Dudley arrived Friday at the home of Mrs. Paulson’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell. Mr. Paulson returned to Hilton Village on Sunday where Mrs. Paulson and children remained for a visit.

Gibson Whorton was in Martinsburg, West Virginia, Friday visiting Cornelius Smith, who is a patient in Newton D. Baker Veteran’s Hospital. Mr. Smith’s condition is greatly improved.

Mrs. Frank Umstot arrived on Thursday to join her daughter, Sarah who has been the guest of Carolyn Turner in the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Turner.

Douglas Lillard, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Lillard, is recuperating at the Front Royal Memorial Hospital from a case of measles and an appendicitis operation.
