Last Wednesday Dr. and Mrs: J.P. Snead gave a dinner party in honor of Dr. Snead’s aunt, Mrs. Whiterker of Washington, D. C Other guests were Mrs. Whiterker’s sisters, Misses Mary and Annie Snead, Mrs. Frank Wood, Mrs. John Keyser, Miss Mary Miller Wood and Miss Annie Miller Almond. Mr. and Mrs. Will Corbin of Culpeper were Sunday guests of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey. Mrs. D. C. Link andxhildren. Dannie and Margaret were in Washington Thursday visiting friends and were the dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller. v' Mr. and Mrs. Harry Smith of Washington, D. C. and Pepper Palmer of Falls Church were guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Brown.
