1. Oat straw is not worth # more than one-half (1) the price of good legume hay. I
2a Wheat straw is not worth more than one-third (1/3) the price of good legume hay.
3. Oat feed isn’t worth more thi'to three-fifths(3/5) the price of good legume hay.
