As the papers predicted, we've been having showers of meteors. The stars have shot across the heavens. Some have long streaks of fire behind them. Some appear to drop. Others shoot the width of the heavens with long, silver tails trailing.
If ever one- has the idea that he is all important, just let him lie flat of his back and gaze at the heavens, waiting to see the shooting stars.
Back in your kid days, it was interesting entertainment watching shooting stars — especially since the boy could kiss his girl every time they saw a shooting star. The wise youngster got tired of waiting for stootihg stars and decided he'd let lightning bugs count.
As the years rolf on, and you out-grow kissing games, watching the stars can become very serious. Astronomers tell that some of the stars are 800 light years away, so what iwe see may not exist at all. Before Moses received the Stones, those stars were there. Those
