Mr. and ^Irs. Joe H. Aylor who were on vacation last week speni^ several day at Niagria Falls, NTY. They returned to their home in Arlington with their two children, Joe and Ann V ates, who spent the time at the Lee Highway Hotel with .Mrs. Yates and their grandmother, Mrs. Pella Howard.
Guests during the week of Mrs. Annie Taylor Bruce in the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Brown were Mr. and Mrs. Cleveland Griffith of Culpeper,. Robert Bruce, Mr. and Mrs. Haywood Griffith and son and daughter, Jimqjic and Linda of Front Royal.
Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Hening are exchanging residence for a week with some old friends in White Plains, N. Y., the former home of the Henings. The Rev* Thomas K. Thompson his wife and three daughters will occupy “Apple Tree Cottage” in Sperryville until Monday, August 18. While the Henings are in their White Plains home. Rev. Thompson/ is an official of the National Council of Churches, serving as executive director of the department ofstewardsjup and Benevolence.
Mr and Mrs. Hi Gordon Payne and son, Joe Gordon, who wTere returning to their home in Madison after spending a weeks vacation at Orkney Springs, were guests on Sunday of Mrs. J. B. Johnson.
