All that certain tract or parcel of land lying on the North side of State Secon- ' dary Route No. 600 and approximately 1 mile from the center of the village of Sperryville, being South of U.S. Route No. 211, containing by estimation 4 acres, together with a bungalow having one bathroom therein. This property is known as the “C. R. Hisle Residence” and is bounded by the said State Secondary Route No. 600 and the lands of James A. Estes, A. M. Priest, and Edward Woodard.
