Auxiliary Thanked.
Members of the Amissville Volunteer Fire Company at a (meeting last ■week unanimously voted alt expression, of appreciation and thanks to the^ Rappahannock Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary for a substantial donation to the treasury. Amissville Fire Company Treasurer H. M. F. Palmer announced receipt of a check for $65 from the Ladies Auxiliary—the proceeds from a supper given ny the Auxiliary for the -benefit of the newly organized Amissville company. Other substantial donations announced by Mr. Palmer were $75 from W. A. Laing and $50 from James L. Bray of j^missville.
