County medals were presented to the following 4-H’ers for individual project work: Meal Preparation, Carolyn Brown Breads, Annie Dodson; Room Improvement, Peachey Lyne; Ironing, Jean Lillard; Clothing . Achievement, Marlene Wines; Farm and Home Elec., Billy Wifles, Herman Williams, Mary Lou Campbell, Eleanor Atkins; Meat Animal, Nelson Atkins.
Miss Betty Rutherford received a leadership award and Miss Lelia Gentry was awarded the gifls record medal.
Certificates of merit and medals’ were awarded Mrs. Barbara Gentry and Mrs, Frank Cary in recognition of 7 years as 4-H volunteer leaders. Mrs. Gentry was the 4-H leader for 5 years at Reager School, worked with the
summer months spending many a we$k at the 4-H camp and for the last year Mrs. Gentry worked as the leader for Farm and Home Electric project. Mrs. Cary has been the 4-H leader in Flint Hill for seven years •> (See Achievement — page 6) Flint
