Dulin of Harmony Hollow were visitors in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harve Williams, Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Williams _ and son, 'of Front Royal are spending some time with his mother, Mrs. Nettie Williams, who continues quite ill.
Rev. R. H. Scroggins, who suffered a heart attack several weeks ago and was a patient in the Warren Memorial Hospital, returned to his home Saturday at Flint Hill.
Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Kqnney and family have removed to Front Royal from this section.
Mr. and Mrs. M. A/Greely are making arrangements to move into their newly constructed home in Front Royal in the near future.
W.M.S. TALKS OF NEW ROADS IN SO. RHODESIA
The November meeting of the Slate Mills Baptist W.M.S. was held recently at the home of Mrs. Joseph Powers with fifteen members present. The program on “New Roads in Southern Rhodesia” included discussion of the progress of educational, medical •and evangelistic wor;k in this 4year-old mission field of the Southern Baptist Convention.
The new president, Mrs. A. L. Weaver, conducted the business meeting and plans were made for the Week of Prayer for Foreign Missions. Nov. 29-Dec. 3. - —
