Culpeper were recent week-end visitors in Alexandria. Mrs. Corrie Eastham, who has been visiting members of her family here and in Culpeper has returned to her home in Texas.
Elder J. Harvey Daily and Mrs. Daily visited Mr. and Mrs. George Dicks in Hagerstown, Saturday enroute to Martinsburg, W. Va., where they were joined by Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Daily of Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Allen and their son, Dickie of Champaige, Ohio, Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Allen of Girard, Ohio for a week end visit in the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Barr. Elder Daily preached- on Saturday evening and Sunday at the Primitive Baptist Church.
Miss Louise Johnson was a guest last week of Mr. and Mrs. Carson Johnson in Alexandria.
Mrs. Virginia M. Lewis and Miss Ruth C. Menefee spent the week end in Luray where they were guests of their niece, Mrs. John Robert Hudson and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Henry Avlor and two children, Joe and Ann Yates of Arlington were week-end guests of Mrs. Della B. Howard at the Lee Highway Hotel.
Mrs. Jack Bruce and Mrs. Fred Schaefer spent Saturday shopping in Washington, D. C.
Mrs. W. W. Sealo.k, her sonin-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Palmer and Mrs. Walter Sealock of Fails Church were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Brown.
Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Johnson, Jr., of Alexandria were Friday night and Saturday guests of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph B. Johnson.
Robert W. Sealock was a weekend guest of his mother, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock at the^ Lee Highway, Hotel. .
Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Singleton and their grandson, Billy Mundy were guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Singleton in Shenandoah.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Campbell of Harrisburg, Pa. were week-end guests of their aunt, Mrs. Mary Jefferson Clater.
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Thornton, Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell Willis of Culpeper went to New Market Sunday where they are spending a few days at the Shenvalee Hotel as guests of George Holt/man. Mr. Thornton and Mr. Willis are deer hunting.
