Mrs. Robert Caldwell and her daughter, Mrs. Miller Caldwell of Pennsocola, Florida and Mrs. Preston Avery of Atlanta, Ga., arrived on Saturday for lunch with M^. and Mrs. D. D. Miller. They were joined there by their aunt, Mrs. Bartow Brown. Mrs. Brown entertained for dinner in the evening. Her guests were her nieces and nephews, the Caldwells and Mrs. Avery, Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller and sons, D. D., Jr., and Newbill, the Millers' house guest, Miss Carol Beard of Warrenton and Hollins College, and Miss Nora Dillon of Ashland and “Maple Springs.”
Mesdames Caldwells and Avery were overnight guests Monday of Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller. Tuesday, Mrs. Miller and house guests motored to Washington, D.
