Fred L. Hutchison Named Forest Warden
Fred L. Hutchison, agriculture instructor at R.C.H.S. last year, has recently been appointed chief forest warden for Loudoun County by the Virginia Forest Service.
Hutchison, an instructor in agriculture at Loudoun High School, succeeds Edgar Tillett, now serving with the armed forces. Mr. Hutchison has over 30 local forest wardens serving under him.
