Stant Weaver, and others. TRACT NO. II—All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 118 acres, more or less, known as the “Edgar Hamilton Hawkins Farm”, together with dwelling house and outbuildings located thereon. Said dwelling contains eight (8) rooms, is a wellbuilt house, has electricity "therein, good spring in the yard. Said farm fronts on'U. S. Route 522 and is bounded by the lands of J. Stant Weaver; Edna and Gabriel Villeneuve; Rector; C. W. Hawkins; and others.
The sale will be in gross and not by the acre and is subject to any visible easements or rights of way of record.
Possession of said farm and dwelling can be delivered immediately.
The owners individually reserve the right to be bidders on said property in their own right. It is agreed upon the request of the purchaser of the property that the undersigned will enter into a contract for the sale of said land and deposit the purchase price in escrow until one year after the death of Edgar Hamilton Hawkins, which occurred on December 24, 1953.
