Public Service and Utilities: Farms well electrified, no end of better economic uses which can be made of electricity. Water under pressure, more of it in our homes. Skiers want to eat. Telephone systems and service? Etc., Etc.
Forestry and Conservation: Due to poor, or no management at all, farm income from forestry is next to nothing yet you pay taxes on the land. No doubt the Soil Conservation Service could give information on the npmber of cleared acres ^hich should be reforested simply because physical conditions make them unsuited for anything else.
