In accepting the position Ham noted; “When I accepted the managers position in the Primary, I did so because of an honest conviction that Jack Marsh was the man for the job.”

“The judgement of over ten thousand voters confirmed that conviction.” he added.

“I am even more convinced since working closely with him and observing him during the Primary, that his qualifications are those that we need in our Representative.” Ham said.

“His ability to meet, to talk with and sympathetically understand the problems of peoples from all walks of life has met with understandable approval of the citizens of the Seventh District.” he added.

“We shall attempt to conduct a campaigp that will enable all the voters of this District to get to know Jack Marsh, and if we can accomplish this we will be satisfied with their judgement at the polls", he concluded.
