Section Id. PENALTIES ? Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance for which no other penalty is provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed the sum of Three Hundred

AU fiaes collected from any person, firm, or corporation for violating any provision of this Ordinance, upon conviction thereof, shall be credited to the general fund of the County and deposited by the County Treasurer in the same manner as that prescribed by other county monies.
Section 14. IN CASE ANY PARTOF THIS ORDINANCE DECLARED INVALID: If any section, phrase or part of this Ordinance should ,for any reason, be held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the remainder <4 the Ordinance, and every remaining section, clause or part thereof shall continue in full force and effect.
Section IB. REPEAL. Ail ordinances or portions of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of their conflict.
