and unanimously passed at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors held on the 8th day of September, 1*62, the aforesaid Proposed Motor Vehicle Control Ordinance was introduced for adoption hereafter at the next regular meeting of the Board, to be held on October 3rd, 1962, commencing at 10:00 A.M., at the County Courthouse in the Town of Washington, Virginia, at which time and place a public hearing will be held in order that citisena may appear and be heard in support of or in opposition to adoption of the Proposed Ordinance, And publication of this motion, together with said Ordinance as hereinabove prescribed and directed, shall constitute due and lpgal notice to the public of the Board’s Intention to consider the aforesaid proposed ordinance for adoption at said next regular meeting to he held October 3rd, 1962, as hereinabove stated. AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HELD AT THE COUNTY COURT HOUSE ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1962, AT 10:00 A.M. AND IN THE 187TH YEAR OF THE COMMONWEALTH.
