David S. Butler recently assumed duties as the resident engineer at the Warrenton office of the Va. State Department of Highways which also serves Rappahannock.
Dave Butler, 45, was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and attended Purdue University at Lafayette, class of 1938.
He began work with the Highway Department in 1946 in the Culpeper Highway district, to which he is returning* upon separation from service in the U. S. Army. After working in the Culpeper and Bristol districts as construction inspector, he was promoted in 1952 to assistant resident engineer at Wise for the counties of Wise and Dickenson.
