Section 16. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective on and after 12:01 g.m. on November 8, 1962.
Section 17. PUBLICATION: The Clerk is directed to publish the foregoing proposed ordinance, together with notice of the Board’s intent to adopt the same, onee a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a weekly newspaper published at Weshinjjfton, Virginia ,in said County of Rappahannock; and the Sheriff is directed to post said proposed ordinance at the front door ef the county courthouse and at each post office in Rappahannock County, Virginia; which said publications and postiqgs shall be done by the Clerk and Sheriff as required by Section 18-8 of the 1960 Code of Virginia, as amended.
