Miss Nancy' Latham left Thursday for Berea, Kentucky where she is enrolled as a freshman student at Berea College. Nancy’s address is Berea College, Box 1190, Berea, Kentucky. She will be glad to hear from friends.
Nancy was accompanied to Kentucky by her mother, Mrs. Sarah Latham, who returned home Sunday.

There was a combined picnic style birthday dinner held at Dickey Ridge picnic area Sunday, September 9, in honor of Mrs. Sam North and her grandson, Lewin Williams. Among those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Buster Mills, Mr. Fred Harris, Jr., and daughter, Tammy, Mr. and Mrs. Jack North and family, Mr. Stewart North and family, Mr. and Mrs. Garfield Williams and Lonnie, Mr. and Mrs. Lewin Williams and Mr .and Mrs. Sam North.
