The annual dinner of the Rappahannock County Education Association was held in the high school cafeteria Tueeday night, Sept. 11, honoring new teachers and welcoming the returning ones. The high school is glad to have with them this year Mr. Atwood who teaches English and Mrs. Lucia Kilby who is at the Washington Elementary School.
The group enjoyed having having with them Mr. and Mrs. 0. A. Norton, Mr. and Mrs. James Eavey, Mr. and Mrs. Kirby of the {School Board Office In Front Royal, Bfr. and Mrs. Dabney Carr and the many other guests of members. meal, servede buffet style, was prepared fey*!!rs. Lillard, Mrs. ojhn Updike and Mrs. J. S. Weaver.
Before the dessert course the group enjoyed several vocal selections by Mrs. Wanda Wilbur, accompanied by Miss Virginia Yates Bradford. This music, along with the fellowship of the group served to make the evening most enjoyable.
