IN CASE ANY PART OP TIfiS ORDINANCE DECLARED INVALID: If any section, phrase or part of thial Ordinance should ,for any reason, be held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect ttaTtttkoinfCr of the Ordinance, and every remaining section^ clause or part, thereof shall continue in full force and effect. !
