Two previous referen dums have been approved by ar overwhelming percentage of thir nation’s sheepmen, and the ref erendum called for September will be the third vote since the urogram was first considered back in 1964.'
To continue the program, al least two-thirds of the sheepmer voting in the referendum must vote “yes”, and the “ye3” voter must also represent at least two thirs of all sheep produced br those voting. Ballots are provided through county A3C offices to every sheep grower who has applied for wool incentive payments.
