Dr. W. R. Van Dresser, Extension Veterinarian, will be a featured speaker at the Sheep Clinic to be held In Rappahannock on Feb. 13th. Considered one of the best authorities on sheep diseases and parasites in the eastern United States, Dr. Van Dresser graduated in Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State. In addition to professional practice in Michigan Dr. Van Dresser served as College Veterinarian at V. P. I. for two years and has served as Extension Veterinarian since July 1960. .. The freshman congressman wrote Labor Secretary Wirtz yesterday pointing out that with shipping largely immobilized, exporters face the prospect of watching their stored fruit ripen beyond the ability to market the product. Richmond merchants have reported dwindling warehouse supplies of imported goods, but say that there is no immediate cause for alarm.
