Daily were in Luray for the week-end where Elder Daily held services Saturday night and Sunday morning at Mt. Carmel Primitive Baptist Church. They were over-night guests Saturday of Clarence Moyer and his sister. Miss Catherine Moyer and Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Cromwell Moyer.
On Sunday evening Elder and Mrs. Daily had as their guests Elder and Mrs. Hollie Redmon enroute to their home in Front Royal from Richmond y5here they spent Saturday night.
Mrs. Maurice Manuel of Front Royal was a Tuesday luncheon guest of her sister, Mrs. B. M. Varner.
Buddy Aylor and Miss Lois Egger of Arlington spent the week-end in the Aylor home and visited Mrs. Aylor who is recovering from surgery in the Winchester Memorial Hospital.
John Eubank, Jr., and George Jenkins attended the Volunteer Fire Department banquet in Culpeper Thursday.
John Lee Taylor and a classmate from Fork Union Military Academy spent the week-end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George L. Taylor.
Mrs. Della Howard and Charlie Coates drove to Arlington Friday and were accompanied back by Mrs. Howard’s granddaughter. Joyce Aylor, who is her geust for a week at the Lee Highway Hotel.
