The Winchester Lions Club, ^ for the 20th year, will provide , the entire personnel for ad- , ministration of the three hour ■ long Grand Feature Parade. More than 115 men will serve on committees and as starters, placers and foot marshals. The parade director is also a member of the Lions Club.
Shenandoah Region of the Antique Automobile Club of I America wili, for the fifth I year, sponsor an Antique Car ■ Meet in connection with the Festival and the entire advance division of the feature parade will be composed of polished and honking antique cars with the owner-drivers attired in clothes fashionable in the car’s heyday. The vintage care will come from Maryland. Pennsylvania, Ohio. Delaware, New Jersey, North Carolina and other states. The advance division of the parade will lead off at 1:30 P. M. on May 3.
