You are hereby notified that on the 31st day of March, 1956, I purchased one tract of land containing 7.50 acres, located in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, assessed in the name of Travers Washington for taxes for the year 1953, from the Treasurer of Rappahannock County, Virginia. You are further notified that on the 22nd day of June, 1963, or as soon thereafter as possible, I will apply to the Clrek of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia for a tax deed for said property. However, such real estate may be redeemed at any time before the execution and delivery of said deed by you by payments of all taxes, costs and interest in full to said Treasurer.
