New Time for Church

Meeting Announced

The Women of the Church of Bromfield Parish will start holding their monthly meetings at a new time beginning Wednesday, Feb. 6. Meetings will be at 12 nopn in the Trinity Episcopal Church Parish Hall with opei» ing prayers in the Chapel, Members are asked to bring a sandwich and coffee or tea will be furnished.

Open House Exhibit

Madison Ext. Center

The Madison Center of the School of General Studies of the University of Virginia is having an "open house" for a showing of drawings by the students of Mrs. Dorothy Skelton. The work of her students, which was done in their noncredit Art: Drawing class, has been on display during the past week, and will continue to be shown during the coming two weeks. The public is invited during the hours of 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, February 4 through 15. Drawings by Mesdamea Patricia Berry, P. S. Burkett, Marjorie B. Cave, W.. J. Gilson, Elvin Graves, Lucretia M. Juliano, Elizabeth R. Spillman,Edna R. Thomas Virginia Lee Trester, and Nora Ellen Wait feature various autumn and still life subjects in pastels, charcoal and watercolor. -
