The stolen auto, a 1960 Chevrolet, was owned by Whitlow Hensley of Gordonsville, Va. Dunnivan was in Albemarle jail on numerous charges of breaking and entering in Orange and Albemarle counties. Word was on trial for armed robbery in Greene County. James Woodrow Knox of Clarksburg, Tenn., a psychiatric patient from Walter Reed Hospital, was charged Saturday with grand larceny after he stole the automobile of Mrs. Sarah Latham in Amissville. Knox was at Tapps Store when Mrs. Latham stopped there. While she made .her pvircb^see^ he. went outside, got in her 1962 Chevrolet and drove off. The dispatcher in Culpeper was notified and broadcast an alarm. Trooper Paul Dicks was patroling near Massies Corner when the alarm went out. He apprehended Knox in only a few minutes on Rt. 211 between Ben Venue and Massies Corner. At a preliminary hearing Monday, Knox was sent to the grand jury. However, he was released Tuesday to authorities from Walter Reed Hospital, who were instructed to bring a detailed report to the grand jury when it convenes in March. Knox was hospitalized with
