Mrs. Robert L. Vetter of Amissville is attending a mo weeks’ course, at the Army Information School, Fort Slofcum. New York. In August she received a Sustained Superior Performlnce efficiency rating with cash award for publishing the Army Chief of Transportation's monthly newsletter. The newsletter is distributed to key Transportation Corps personnel worldwide. This was Mrs. Vetter’s fifth Army award during the past seven and one-half years.
