The Updikes are making frequent visits to the University of Virginia Hospital where Mr. Updikes's brother. R. O. Updike, is quite ill. Mr. and Mrs. O. G. Mitchell had as their guests recently, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Schrader and children who have returned from Kassel, Germany, Mrs. Florence Gately, Mrs. Mae Todd of Washington O. C. and Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Carpenter and family of Culpeper.
Irvin Jenkins of Culpeper was a dinner guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Watts Weakley. Pat and Judy Updike and Donnie Gallihugh attended the 4-H picnic supper on Monday night at the home of Jenefer Guzi. Updon Weakley was a Sunday dinner guests in the home of Mrs. Gilbert Weakley and the Harry Gallihugh’s. Mrs. Frances and sons and Russell Revercomb of Arlington were Sunday callers in the same home. : Sunday dinner guests in the E. B. Updike home were Mrs. Marshall Wynham and children, Jenny Lynn and Lisa of Madison and Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Blackwell and son of Orlean. Mrs. Irvin White is improving after a recent fall at her home. Mr* and Mrs. Nelson Revercomb and son, Randy, spent the week-end at their home here and were dinner guests on Sunday of Rev. and Mrs.
