Loans may be made for purchase of feed, seed, fertilizer, farm supplies, repairs, and other essential farm operating expenses. <’• ‘ Any farmers wishing to make application or inquiries about Emergency loans may do so at the Culpeper FHA office located at 608 South Main Street in Culpeper. This office is open 8:30 a.m. each weekday except Saturday. Mr. Barren, County Supervisor, or Mr. J. Phelps Walker, Assistant County Supervisor, will be at Warrenton ASCS Office from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m every second and fourth Wednesday; at the Madison County, Agent’s Office from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. every first and third Tuesday; and at Stafford County Agentfs Office in Fredericksburg from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. each second Tuesday.
