In Chancery No. 2384 The object of this suit is to obtain a partition in some manner prescribed by law of that tract or parcel of land in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 76 acres, more or less about 2 miles Southwest of Castleton, Virginia knd about onehalf mile east of Scrapple, Virginia, lying on Virginia Secondary route number 626, being the farm on which the said Wood and Albert Grant died seised and possessed, and ascertain the true heirs of the said Wood and Albert Grant and their respective interests in the said property, and for general relief.
