Rehearsal Party .

Following the wedding reheaual of the Massie-Melton wedding on Friday evening Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lee Barker entertained the wedding party in their home at 7710 Wanamayla Road, Skipworth Farms, in Richmond. Mrs. John Codd Ivins and James Edward Price, both of Richniond, assisted the hostess in serving.

CHESTER GAP , 4-H MEETS 1

The Chester Gap 4-H meeting was held September 28th at the Chester Gap Fire Hall. Miss Harriet Goode and Mr. Frymyer attended. The meeting was called to order at 7:30. The following officers were elected: President, Duane Williams; Vice President, Danny Hlckerson; SecretaryTreasurer, Lonnie Williams; Reporter, Judy Wines; Recreation Directors, Faye Williams and Lawrence Reager; Devotional Leader, Shirley Wines. During separate meetings the girls chose food and nutrition for their year's project and the boys chose forestry, electricity and recreation. The meeting was adjourned.

- Mr. and Mrs. Robert Richard Kennedy of Towson, Md. have announced the marriage of their daughter Patricia to Robert Engle Stewart, grandson of Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Hening of Sperryville. The bride and groom spent a day and night with his grandparents recently enroute to Buchanan, W. Va. where he is a Junior at W. Va. Wesleyan College. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Goodman and James Nelson Rector of Richmond were week-end guests of Mrs. Perle Coffey. They were accompanied on their return trip by W. N. Rector who will be the guest of his grandson and family Lt. Col. and Mrs. T. J. Kelley of Prince George. *
