Rappahannock 4-H Clubs are back in full swing for fall activities. With uncreased interest in the clubs this year, two new school clubs and a community club at Chester Gap were organized to take care of larger enrollments. Another community club is being developed. Participation is up nearly 20%. The Light Horse and Pony Club will have its next meeting on the fourth Wednesday night in Oct.
Most 4 - H Club boys again chose forestry as a club project. The Rappahannock Senior Club will emphasize wildlife. The boys will be striving for club and individual awards and medals in club projects and individual projects worked on at home during the coming year.
