It is hunting season again... about this time last year I suggested that the county charge a license fee for the habitual offenders who are never adequately punished and1 just continue on their merry way. Now, however, I would like to amend this motion, to say that we should offer a medal for the one who bags the biggest game. That is more encouraging, especially to our young people. A certain young attorney has added a rider to the amendment keeping the bag limit at one per season.
