Men and machinery widen and grade a section of the road from Laurel Mills to Castelton in preparation for hard surfacing. The improvement begins at the bridge at Laurel Mills but does not connect with the hard surface at the 729 intersection. Funds were not available for the completion of the road so only this section is being done.
