Mr. and Mrs. Wade White and daughter Betty of Palmyra spent the week-end with Mr. White's brother and sisterin-law Mr. and Mrs. Carter White. Mrs. Venie Jenkins of Culpeper arrived Friday at the home of her brother and sister in-law Mr. and Mrs. Conner Jenkins for a visit of two weeks. Mrs. Venie Jenkins had just returned from a two weeks visit with her sister and brother-in-l^w Mr. and Mrs. Robert Leek of Fredericksburg.
A nephew of Mrs. Venie Jenkins and Mr. and Mrs. Conner Jenkins, Jack Leek, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Leek of Fredericksburg was killed June 28 in an automobile accident. Besides his parents he is survived by his wife and two children, and numerous aunts and uncles. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Dorsey and son Edward spent Friday through Tuesday visiting Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Bealle of Washington, D. C. at their cottage near the Merrick Boy's Camp, Nanjemoy, Md. on the Potomac River. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Kilby and daughters of Novum were Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. George Hahn.
