I he Rev. and Mrs. Arnold Sorrells and family spent several days this week in Charleston, W. Va. Mr. Sorrells Ison a two weeks vacation. The Rev. A. E. Roughton of Nokesville, guest speaker at the Methodist Church Revival services, Mrs. Roughton and daughter were supper guests Wednesday of Mrs. Edwin Eastham, Sr. Other guests included the Rev. and Mrs. James Grimmer and Miss Virginia Yates Bradford. Miss Joan Marshall of Clearbrook is spending the summer with her aunt, Mrs. P. P. Dicks and Mr. Dicks. On Saturday the Dicks family attended a lawn party at the Cedar Creek Presbyterian Church near Middletown. Miss Paula Dicks spent the weeekend in Middletown with her grandmother, Mrs. Mary Dicks.
