By Doris Daugnerty Everyday storage of clothing is just as important as seasonal storage for appearance and long wear. Here are some tips. Hats should be brushed after wearing and stored so that they do not rest on their brims, do not get crushed, and are protected from dust. Straw or fabric Durses should be brushed. Plastic and leather ones should have finger prints and soil wiped off, and leather should be waxed. Stuff all purses with tissue for storage and protect them from dust. Gloves should be turned wrong side out to air before storing. Many are washable, although some leather ones should be dry cleaned.
