HOW TO QUALIFY FOR SENIOR CITIZEN COVERAGE
Persons 65 and over who reside in the eastern two-thirds of Virginia served by Blue Cross-Blue Shield may apply for Senior Citizen coverage. Applicants may be retired or self-employed, or working where there are nine or fewer employees. This program is designed for persons who are not eligible for group coverage and who are pot now enrolled in Blue Cross-Blue Shield. Membership Is on an individual basis. Separate applications are needed for husband and wife.
