Youth-Led Revival

At Woodville Church

A Youth-led revival will be held at the Woodville Baptist Church beginning on Sunday, June 27, and closing on Friday July 2nd with services each evening except Sunday at 8:15. Sunday services will include morning worship at 11:00 a. m., dinner on the grounds immediately following and an afternoon service beginning around 1:30 p. m. The evening will be devoted to the young people with some type of a social get-together closing with devotionals and a song fest. The youth revival team is composed of two young men, both college students. Precher for the week is James E. Elliott, of Newport News, an English major at the College of William and Mary. He has done supply preaching and has been youth pastor in several churches besides being very active in church work. He plans to enter the ministry. James E. Garrison, Jr.,will be song leader for the week. He is a chemistry major at the University of Virginia anc also lives near Charlottesville. He has been very active in the musical life of his jehurch and has been in All State Choir 3 years. He is an Eagle Scout and holds the God and Country Award. . —

Little Leaguers Report

| The Little League Baseball group, organized by the local Jaycees, is divided into fout groups, the Wildcats, Bears, Tigers and Lions, and to date , the Wildcats are living up tc 1 their name. They have beer the victors in all of the games played the last three Saturday afternoons. Scores of games last Saturday were Wildcats, 8; Bears, 4; Lions, 7; Tigers, 6. Standings to date are: Wildcats three wins, no losses; Lions two wins, l loss; Tigers 1 win, 2 losses; and the Bears no wins and 3 losses.

Revival at Gid Brown Bible Church

Revival services are scheduled at the Gid Brown Hollow Bible Church near Sperryville beginning June 28 and continuing through July 4. Services will begin at 7:30 p. m. each evening and Elder Ed Morgan of Southern, West Virginia will be the speaker. The public is welcomed.
