Parade Marshal, Miss ^lanuel, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Manuel and holds the title of Miss Winchester Tri^County 1965 and International Pi Rho Zeta Fraternity Queen, and will compete in the Miss Virginia contest at Roanoke the following week. The grand finale of the carnival on Saturday night will be the awarding at midnight of the 1965 RCA color Console TV as first prize. The second prize will be a 4-day Trailway Tour to the New York Worlds Fair for Two People on Labor Day weekend. This includes the bus fare roundtrip from Warrenton, accomodations at the Sheraton Atlantic Hotel, tickets to the Fair, a boat trip around Manhattan Island, a tour of China Town and $100 in cash for spending money. Third prize is a $25 U.S. government Bond.
