The Rev. and Mrs. Fletcher Osborne were in Woodstock Monday evening to attend the Winchester District Set-Up meeting of Methodist Churches. Mrs. Osborne visited Mrs. Charlie Compton last Thursday. Miss Jacqueline Marlow and Ewing Bittner of Washington, D. C. were dinner guests Father's Day of Mr. and Mrs. Stanish Riley. Sherwin Walter of Roanoke was a visitor Tuesday of his mother, Mrs. J. L. Walter. Susan Latham was a visitor for the day Wednesday of Van and Jay Schumacher at the home of their parents in Or ange. Mrs. C. C. Cockerill of Herndon arrived Wednesday to spend the remainder of the week with her daughter Mrs. Sarah Latham and family. Misses Sandra Staap and Susan O’Halloran and Tommy O'Halloran attended the Carter Barron Theatre Sunday evening. Miss O’Halloran was an over night guest of Miss Staap at her home in Fairfax.
