accomplishment. Five years
from now one of Harris* biggest real estate sales pitches will be the excellent fast roads throughout the area.

Dear Editor: The recent letter of Mr. Harris regarding zoning was certainly appreciated by every one who hopes for an orderly development of the county. It appears, however, that Mr. Harris may have been suffering from a stone in his eye at the time of writing. Responsible people have long recognized that it is impossible to enjoy all the fruits of our modern society without suffering certain inconveniences in their construction and maintenance. Those of us who gain our livelihood from the trucking industry regret the inconvenience caused to Mr. Harris by our part in the continued effort to provide the county with adequate highways. We regret even more, however, his emotional allegation that our vehicles are racing on the highways. Since we operate in full conformance with all speed laws, we must dismiss his statement as an unjust accusation against hard-work ing truck drivers and hope that in future moments of pique he won’t have his pen in his hand.
