4-H Neat
The first fall 4-H meeting for the Washington 4-H 4th grade was held on October 21, 1965. The next meeting will be held November 18, 1965. The following officers were elected; President - Randall Wayne Jones, Vice President - Glenn Mahoney, Secretary and treasurer - Doris Nichols, Song leader - Rachel Williams and Reporter - John Paul Dodson. Mr. Lyne stated the boys would have Wildlife as their project and Miss Daugherty stated the girls’ project would be foods.

The Rappahannock Senior 4H Club met on Tuesday, October 26, at the Rappahannock County High School. On the program was the election of officers. Those elected for the boy’s club were: President, Tommy Williams; V. pres., Bobby Weakley; Sec-Treas., Donnie Deal; Reporter, Roger Cordani.
