Miss Diane Bbuce of Longwood College and Manley Bruce of Alexandria were weekend guests of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack W Bruce. Miss Susan Schaefer of Radford College who spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schaefer entertained with a supper party on Saturday evening. Her guests were Miss Veverley Ward, her classmate at Radford, Miss Judy Updike and David Clore of Madison, Bill McClarthey of Arlington, Francis Updike of VPI, Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Jacobs of Warrenton. Mr. and Mrs. Jacobs were Saturday overnight guests in the Schaefer home. Miss Shirley Brown of Alexandria spent the Halloween weekend with her mother, Mrs. Catherine Brown. Mrs. G. M. Golden who has been spending some time with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins left Saturday for Fairfax to be the guest of another daughter, Mrs. William Gassert.
